While most water resistant watches are designed for occasional bouts in the water, the Deep Diver is designed and constructed by divers to deliver 500 meters of water resistance, a unique patent-pending Bezel Locking System (BLS) that also serves to protect the crown, and an automatic helium release valve. The Deep Diver is powered by an automatic ETA 2826-2 movement and delivers unmatched visibility underwater with ice blue Luminox Light Tech (LLT)micro gas light glass tubesthat glows constantly for up to 25 years. A green LLT is at the 12 oclock and the crucial minute hand is equipped with double LLT. The specially designed case contains custom gaskets, screw-on crown and caseback, extra-thick sapphire crystal and caseback, and an integrated PU strap with wet suit PU extension strap.
