You simply have to trigger the push button to activate the tourbillon escapement which will then rise to the sapphire glass. The tourbillon then remains elevated until the push button is deactivated. When the tourbillon is activated, the hands move to midday, before returning to their position at the exact time, catching up on elapsed time, when you release the push button to deactivate the mechanism.
