Lange & S?hne" heritage. In its heart beats the spiritual legacy of the historic pocket watches built by Lange. This useful display, like the five-minute digital clock in Dresden's Semper Opera that inspired it, improves the legibility of the date by about three orders of magnitude in comparison with conventional timepieces. The solid-silver dial, with its characteristic off-centre displays, indicates the hours, minutes, and seconds. Depending on the model, the hands are made of gold or blued steel. The up-and-down power reserve scale provides information on the state of wind of the twin mainspring barrels which, when fully wound, offers a power reserve of three days.
