This is a Vintage Southwestern Tribal Sterling Silver Ladies Watchband and Watch. The design part of the watchband is sterling silver with turquoise and jet inlay. It is not marked as to silver content but tests positive for sterling silver. The band has some tarnish and patina from age and has not been polished (the patina is part of the value). The expansion part of the watchband is not sterling silver and most likely stainless steel. The expansion measures 2 7/8" and when expanded to the fullest about 5". The sterling silver part of the band measures 1 1/8" long and 5/8" wide at the widest part. The turquoise and jet inlay is in very good condition. The watch itself is marked Wittnauer to the front and 10K RGP Bezel/Steel Back. The watch seems to be in working condition as I have wound it up and it is ticking nicely. The hands move well. But I am not guaranteeing the watch to be in working condition as I have listed this item with the focus on the watch band. The watch band fits my 6 1/2" wrist beautifully. It is dainty and delicate in appearance. So it is most appropriate for a small wrist. The watch face has some fine scratches to it as you would expect. The watch pin tube is about 1/4" wide. This is a vintage item and has been worn.
