Base of Cuff This over the top Steampunk Wrist Cuff has a foundation of velvety soft black fabric. A layer of shiney textured fabric with pleats was added, then a length of taupe cotton fabric runs the length of the armband which is subtly covered with gray mesh and thin and buttery soft black leather. A strip of fabric runs down the center of the cuff that is ornately embellished with an image transfer of intricate Steampunk gears, cogs and designs. One end of the cuff plays host to a large silver vintage glass button that opposes a large elastic adjustable closure at the other end. Specs approx. Band 8 12 long by 6 wide. Focals and Details Aside from the rather ornate glass button that acts as the closure, a small length of silver chain links the button to a large antique silver pocket watch case in the cuffs center. This pocket watch case is not holding time, but rather letting you tune in to your favorite shows of yesteryear. The pocket watch case is filled with a very old television dial with silver numbers 1-13 and a translucent magnifying cover with a very cool radial design. Tucked under the edge of the pocket watch case is an actual vintage pocket watch plate that serves as the nesting ground for a stunning silver scarab beetle who is hording an old watch dial and some very vintage Rhinestone jewelry in his private stash. You can try to sneak it away when hes not looking, or be a friend and serve as his protector... Make this one yours. GREAT as a gift idea.
