One of the latest models to boast the modern design of watch-makingand#44; the Metropolis takes center stage and draws attention to its larger than life personality. From case to faceand#44; this watch is definitely large and in charge!When you wrap your head around the shear size of this watchand#44; 45.3mm from 9H-3H and 50.9mm from 12H-6Hand#44; you will then notice the sheer amount of detail we put into the dial! Set into the rectangular case is a 5-piece dial configured so that they perform levels and levels of complications provided by the mechanical automatic movement. This gives the Metropolis a very unique look. We start off with the ribbon striped main dial with inlaid minutesand#44; then move up to the second leveland#44; which contains the dial template with Cotes de Geneve decoration. The calendar dial arc can be found on the third leveland#44; and all the way up topand#44; the day of the week sub-dial. Keep in mind that this is a retrograde day of the week complicationand#44; and that the sub-dial is surrounded by the rotating small seconds ring indicated by a stylized marker. This is an incredible amount of work and attention to detail that we put into this timepiece!and#44;brandgt;Furthermoreand#44; the high grade silicon strap was custom made for this timepieceand#44; and because of thatand#44; we were able to fully integrate the strap into the case! This gives the Metropolis an even more modern and streamline look.
