It is fully lined with black cotton fabric. YOU WILL NOT GET THE EXACT BAG PICTURED HERE BUT A VERY SIMILAR ONE. THE DESIGN OF THE FABRIC WILL VARY SLIGHTLY FROM BAG TO BAG.
