A beautiful, iconic Hamilton Ladies Swiss watch from 1943. Although 1943 was slightly 'late' for the Art Deco period, the watch is made in the Art Deco style. Working well and keeping excellent time. There is a small dent in the case, (see the photos) on the front, and other little marks here and there, commensurate with age. There's a small mark on the glass, but this is more noticeable in the photos than with the asked eye. (The photos enlarge it and magnify every defect) The back is in lovely condition and as been engraved with beautiful curling initials and the words '10k gold filled'. The face itself is in good condition. Two-tone in pale gold and champagne and signed Hamilton, it has a typically Art Deco design around the perimeter, just outside the numerals. It also has unusual 'blued hands', a feature sought after by collectors. On 2nd link of the stretchy bracelet is engraved the date '1943' and on the 3rd link, it states that the bracelet is also 10k gold filled. The watch will be sent in a lovely brand new watch box.
