Renowned for developing precision timepieces for deep-sea diving enthusiasts, Ball is proud to unveil their new Engineer Master II Skindiver. The first Ball Skindiver was designed in 1962, shortly after the creation of the Underswater Society of America in 1959. Ball now pays homage to their own history, releasing the new Skindiver to coincide with the golden jubilee of the launch of their first diving watch. An undeniable vintage flavor infuses the design. The 40.5mm stainless steel case and rubber strap sit comfortably on the wrist. Three hundred meters of water resistance are provided by the screw down crown and screwed in caseback. An ETA 2836-2 automatic movement provides the hours, minutes, seconds and day and date. The clean dial contains indices spaced at 5 minute intervals and paired with double micro-tubes of 3H luminous gas, also placed on the three hands, for a total of fifteen gas tubes providing optimal readability at any depth. The ceramic unidirectional bezel contains luminous paint, is exceptionally resistant to corrosion, scratches and ultraviolet, and ensures every dive is safely timed. Bezel: Unidirectional. Calibre: ETA 2836/2. Case Diameter: 40.5 mm. Case Material: Stainless Steel. Case Thickness: 14.3 mm. Closure: Pin Buckle. Crown: Screw-Down. Crystal: Anti-Reflective Sapphire. Luminosity: Dial and Hands. Movement: Automatic Mechanical. Warranty: 2-year. Water Resistance: 30ATM/300M/1000 F.
