Working Seiko 7A38 7070 watch that I have owned since the early 1990 s I got it around 1992 or 1993. I got it on trade for some custom automotive work I did for a guy in Everett, WA. I have done some research on it and it has the original band. It sat in my dresser for many years and the battery died, I had Fred Myers Jewelry put in a new battery ( about 2 months ago ) and it works. It has kept the proper time and date since the new battery was installed. All dials and hands move. The rubber gasket under the battery holder did break and they didn t have a new one so it needs one. I have NOT got it wet or even sweaty since replacing the battery because of the broken rubber o ring gasket. It s a really nice watch and when I do wear it I get compliments on it. The younger kids tell me that their mom, dad, uncle have one like it but theirs are cooler since theirs have diamonds and such... I laugh and just say that is cool. Please ask all questions before bidding buying it. I have no problem taking more pics and even video of it if you are serious about buying it. I will ship USPS Priority Mail with insurance.
