A lab created cushion cut white sapphire will set in a half bezel in this unique ring. The solitaire setting grows out of the rounded ring shank seamlessly. The Sterling Silver Silver ring will be hand carved out of wax, cast and finished in my studio in Los Angeles. The ring will be made with the loose faceted lab gemstone shown in image 2. It is about 1.2 carat, 7 x 5 mm and similar in size and shape as the stone shown mounted in the ring. The stone is brilliant white and has an amazing sparkle. The stone will be hand set and the Silver ring has a mirror polished finish. The band width varies between 3 to 4 mm. Height above the finger about 6 mm. Ring will be Made To Order - please indicate your ring size during checkout. Available in sizes 4.5 to 10. Prefer a larger white sapphire: add for 8x6mm stone would be 25$. _____________________________________________________________________________ Optional Metal choice: Ring can be made in a new Silver/Palladium alloy (AGPD) that contains approximately 54% silver, 25% Palladium, and 21% Copper. Its hardness falls right in between that of 14KY and 14KW golds. In addition to increased durability it provides better tarnish resistance than normal Sterling Silver. It's color is very similar to palladium (950PD) a bit greyer than sterling silver. Price would be 375$. They are chemically identical to natural sapphires. They are a great alternative to get the same look with a large gemstone at a lower price.
