RARE soviet POBEDA watch. Offered here is a RARE SOVIET wrist watch POBEDA made at the 1st Moscow Watch Factory. According to the marking on movement it was produced in the end of 50s up to beginning of 70s. Good working condition. Nice dial is signed: POBEDA. Diameter of the chromed case with/without crown is 32/30 mm, dial 26 mm, from lug to lug 37mm, thickness 9mm. Features: • Mechanical movement; • Manual winding; • 15 Jewels; A greatest addition to your watch collection! Good working condition. Works good and keeps time (just to be sure it is full conditioned by master - cleaned, oiled, regulated). Please, note, it has full guarantee of its working condition (all kind of refunding is possible if you are disappointed). After WWII Glashutte equipment was brought to Russia and Stalin gave an order to produce first real all Russian designed and made watch. In collaboration with French LIP such movement was designed. Results were so great up until now these movements are produced without major changes to design. First Moscow Watch Factory produced Pobeda between 1947 and 1953, and then technology was turned to Second Watch Factory and so on. Later First Watch Factory became what now known as Poljot watch factory and produced many world known movements. But this original Pobeda was always a gem in the collection.
