Extremely fine and very rare, tonneau-shaped, astronomic, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with round button chronograph, register, 24-hour indication, perpetual calendar, moon phases and an original 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe tang buckle also available with Patek Philippe deployant buckle. Accompanied by the original fitted box, certificate and an extra 18K yellow gold solid case back. The case is a Two-body, solid, polished, sloped bezel, concave lugs, transparent case back, sapphire crystals. The dial is Satiné silver with applied yellow gold Arabic numerals, subsidiary dials for the seconds, the 30-minute register, 24 hours and leap year indication, graduation for the date, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the moon phases. Yellow gold "Breguet" hands. The Movement is a Cal. M.27-70/155, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 24 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, free-sprung Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring.
