I am selling a funky Elgin manual wind watch from the 1970s. A classic example of late seventies watch design and technology. Equipped with an ebauche FHF ST96 movement this watch was aiming at the lower to mid tier market at the time to compete with the upcoming quartz watches. The watch was serviced in March 2012 during which the balance staff was replaced and the crystal buffed. The watch runs well. The dial is in perfect condition. So are the hands and lume. The lume does not work anymore though. The watch ships with a flexible stainless steal wrist bracelet of the period.
