Here we have a Vintage 1980s Timex Expedition Indiglo Calendar Quartz Watch.The watch is in very good condition, considering the age, but does show some wear. Interesting red purple case, with a brown ring around the dial marked "Expedition" on the top, and "Indiglo" on the bottom. Comes with a new black vinyl strap. Beautiful deep chocolate brown dial, with white luminous hands, and white numeral markers. Features an orange sweep-second hand. Has date window and the date changes as it should. Rare black and white date numeral indicator. Indiglo light functions by pushing in the crown, and gives off a calming blue glow. Quartz movement. Stainless steel back. The watch measures about 1 inch in diameter, by 1/8 inch thick. Says water resistant to 50 meters on the dial, but I have not tested it for that. Seems to keep time, but I cannot guarantee accuracy on vintage watches. This would make a fine addition to your vintage watch collection!
