Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the same method used in the purchase. When sending a watch back to us for return, please use a reliable service that is insured. Insurance and tracking is optional but highly recommended. All returns must be filed before 14 days; after that time, Watch Grabber is no longer responsible - no exceptions! Watch Grabber will, within one (1) year from date of purchase, repair or replace [at Watch Grabber's option] the movement of your watch free of charge if such movement proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover batteries, leather straps, or crystals, nor does it cover damage arising from normal wear, scratches, accidents or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any party other than Watch Grabber. Shipping Policy All orders shipped from Watch Grabber will be sent via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Estimated Delivery Time For Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service is 3-5 business days. Estimated Delivery Time For Expedited Shipping Rate is 2 business days. Estimated Delivery Time For Overnight Flat Rate Shipping Service is 1 business day.
