***Listing Several Vintage Q&Q Watches. Two are very similar in Case Styling and are Mechanical Manual and the other is a Self Winding Automatic. Please Note this watch is a Mechanical Wind Up Watch and Not quartz battery driven. Vintage Japan Q&Q Mechanical Watch (Q&Q were often produced or associated with Citizens-see note below). White Dial Face with Gold and Green Accents. Black Numerals and Markers, Goldtone Dial Hands and Sec Hand. Appealing Goldtone Case Resembling Bamboo. Clean Clear Acrylic Crystal. Stainless Steel Back Case. Q&Q Stainless Steel Cover...Assembled In China...". Good Working Condition. Winds and Sets. Has Kept Accurate Time. Replacement Black Leather Band. *** See Pictures Dimensions: 31.5 mm Diameter Case not including the stem crown or lugs. 17mm Band Width Ladies Watch but consider it Unisex, Men or Ladies given the Case dimensions. Note: Very pretty and near fine condition watch. Citizens Watch Company many speculate was known to have a stake or at very least a collaborative relationship with Q&Q and were marketed in the the Asian Market as a budget alternative to higher end Citizen watches. Will leave it those more knowledgeable to discern and gauge the origins and history. Regardless am intrigued that these mechanical watches were still being made and popular in the 1980's as the quartz battery gained favor. See my other listings or check back.
