Upcycled watch movements that continue the life of a once treasured watch to show the unseen parts on a now collectable pair of cufflinks. Watch movements do not work. The cufflinks are a unique gift idea for celebrating a birthday, wedding, father’s day, graduation, promotion, anniversary, executive gift, a gift for the avid watch collector or a gift for that guy in your life that has everything. The cufflinks are made from the highest quality parts. I’ve gone through a dozen suppliers to find the highest quality, yet keep the costs low for my customers. The cufflinks will be shipped within 3 business days from receipt of payment. If your order is over $100.00 insured mail is included at no additional cost. Cufflinks are hand made. Each cufflink is torch soldered, not glued or epoxy. The backs of the cufflink findings and the area on the movement where the findings come in contact are sanded to create a better bond for the solder. I’ve tested most every type of glue, epoxy, two-part epoxy, resin and soldering has resulted in the best bond. You may see on the back of the cufflinks some solder that is pushed out once the two parts are bonded to assure that you are receiving the maximum strength and durability for years and possibly generations to come. This started as a small hobby collecting and searching for perfect pairs of watch movements to add to my personal cufflink collection. After searching many flea markets, yard sales, online auctions and local gold scrappers, my collection continued to grow and now it is far beyond a small hobby. I have thousands of unmatched movements and continue to find matching movements with each watch I find. I have many watch movements from the generic Swiss & American made with no name to Bulova, Longines, Movado, Hamilton, Elgin, Girrard-Perregaux, LeCoultre, Omega and even Rolex. I strive to make sure that each movement matches in brand, model number, close serial numbers, jewels, tones in lettering, patina, etc… My goal is not to sell a few cufflinks, necklaces, tiepins, bottles openers or purse hangers.
