Strap is new (unused). “Pobedaâ€(“Victoryâ€) watches were made by the First Moscow watch factory, Kirov following the Second World War in 1946. The name of the watches was personally endorsed by Stalin. “Pobeda†watches were very popular throughout the Soviet Union time. Later, the brand name “Pobeda†was transferred to the ZIM factory. Wind-up watch. Instruction (Key is winding on a maximum (once to wind - near 36 hours of work watch) To transfer the hands - you must pull the key on maximum and transfer the hands.)
