This is a new chronograph alarm watch in the popular Hugo Junkers series. It features a 30-minute and a 12-hour totalizer using a clever dual hand sub-dial at 9:00 and it counts seconds via a sub-dial at 3:00. A red sweep hand can be used as a stopwatch. The alarm function is at 6:00 on the dial with a date window at 4:00.
