This is a genuine antique Omega pocket watch. The full hunter case is stamped, and was tested as 18K solid gold, same for the dust cover. It is a solid gauge case, with hand-engraved floral designs on the front and back, with a high-relief engine-turned pattern along the edge of the diameter, in pristine condition. There are just a few scuff marks on the gold, which could easily be polished off for a mirror finish. The back cover has a pin-sized ding mark, which could be re-polished, or re-shaped by a jeweler, or watchmaker. All hinges and locks work perfectly well, and are very tight and strong. The enamelled dial is perfect condition, with original blue steel hands, arabic numerals, and sunken seconds dial, all perfectly marked and decorated as new. Case is marked on front, back, and dust covers with #14475. Front is also engraved with "Regal solid 18K gold". Dust cover is hand-engraved "Myra, from grandfather, Sept. 10th, 1903". The movement has an Omega symbol, serial #1728015, and is decorated all over, 17 jewels, adjusted. Works, and keeps perfect time. Just over 1&1/2" across (40.3mm), and 2&1/4" top of bow to case bottom. Total weight is 58.5 grams, including the movement. Hardly used, this pocket watch shows and runs as new.
