Men's Navajo Watch Wild / Crazy Horse Sterling Silver Inlay Native American Retail: $399.95 Ya - tey - hey (welcome) to High Desert Turquoise on Bonanza! Please read the description and shop policies carefully before purchase or asking a question. I welcome international buyers so please check the countries I ship to which admittedly is limited due to the availability of private insurance (USPS won't insure precious metal jewelry international shipments.) Beware of similar Pacific Rim manufactured watches being misrepped as "Zuni" and Wild Horse being marketed as some exotic type of turquoise which IT IS NOT. Occasionally the old adage that there's nothing new under the sun is called into question when something that’s probably existed for thousands of years is discovered. Such was the case in the mid-1990s with this stone whose geological name is magnesite but popularly called either Wild Horse or Crazy Horse was first discovered near the Globe copper mine in the Gila wilderness area of southern Arizona. Some mistakenly call this turquoise. It isn’t, but it’s as valuable if not more so as turquoise because there’s only one known, finite source for it and it's beautiful besides. This men's watch bracelet features two exceptionally well-crafted inlaid hand stamped sterling silver watch tips both with hand cut Wild or Crazy Horse and fiery multicolored white opal inlays arranged in a mosaic style and framed by twisted rope overlays and overlaid borders. Both micro inlay channels do consist of individual inlays; they're not one solid inlay (sometimes plastic) like so many of the cheap foreign 'inlay' watch bracelets you'll see on some online venues. This is a very high quality Navajo crafted men's watch -- the only kind that well known inlay artist Steve Francisco makes. Complimenting the milk chocolate brown Wild Horse micro inlays all with outstanding matrix is a reliable silver tone quartz watch movement with a white mother of pearl watch face, three silver tone hands, and black numbers at each hour mark. The back of the watch movement is stainless steel, and the watch movement runs on a complimentary, pre-installed standard watch battery that's available worldwide when it needs replacement. The inlaid sterling silver watch tips measure 1¼" long along the lateral curvature, 15/16ths" wide where they attach to the watch movement, and ¾" where they attach to the ¾" wide silver tone stainless steel 9/16ths" wide link expansion band. The inlay channel between the two scalloped borders rises about 1/8th" from the base of the tips. Please expect minor and completely inconsequential differences in the Wild Horse matrix as the Wild Horse stones are genuine, but no differences in stone color, watch tip shape, size, or size of inlay channel. Hand selected for the best stones and craftsmanship. Steve Francisco's hallmark and sterling stamp are on the back of both watch tips.
