The feminine cuff watch, which earned Universal Geneve the title of "watch couturier", was sold in affluent boutiques worldwide and was most popular among actresses, socialites and wives of world leaders. Universal is internationally regarded for its style of craftsmanship and manufacture. This ladies wristwatch is made in 14 kt solid white gold and is all original. It has the original winding crown with a u on it the movement is hallmarked universal geneve, and has been recently serviced it is in great running condition. There is some slight wear to the dial which also bears the name universal geneve. The attached band is a stretch style by speidel and will fit a 6.5" wrist comfortably. A beautiful vintage timepiece.
