This special vintage Swiss “TELLUS super†Cal. 540B Pocket Watch is made around 1930 for Army officers. It is in good and accurate running condition. It has a movement with manual winding; number 858 on the inner case and Tellus written on the winding wheel. The enamel dial is slightly cracked and signed and shows a division rings with 12 hour in Arabic. The previous owner mentioned that it was damaged during the 2nd World War. An outer ring display seconds in nice black Arabic. At 6:00 there is register that shows the seconds. The case is original and has a dust cover and a back cover. Only the back cover has a printed number: 1280169. The case is in 85% fair general condition - the back of this case is crisp and sharp and there are many light scratches and marks on the back which is usual for military watches. Also some wear marks are visible. The case measures 1.7 inches diameter (5 cm). The watch is functional, even it was not cleaned or serviced recently. Perfect for your collection.
