Instruction (Key is winding on a maximum (once to wind = near 36 hours of work watch) To transfer the hands - you must pull the key on maximum and transfer the hands.) Vintage mechanical men's USSR (Soviet Union) "RAKETA" wrist watch 1970s with white dial made in USSR in Petrodvorets Watch Factory (in Saint Petersburg). The Petrodvorets Watch Factory is Russia's oldest factory.
