"Zaria" made by the Penza Watch Factory of Penza town in USSR. Made in 70s in USSR. Wind-up watch. Instruction (Key is winding on a maximum (once to wind - near 36 hours of work watch) To transfer the hands - you must pull the key on maximum and transfer the hands.)
