Gorgeous antique ladies Geneva wind-up watch. Dainty and feminine with gold face and stainless steel back. I inherited this watch from my husband's grandmother. It's signed Wittnauer Geneva on the face. I took to a jeweler to find out if it was solid gold, and he told me that the case is not gold, but the little floral designs on the sides of the face are low carat 10-14K solid gold with tiny diamonds in them. He told me that they were not the original design, and probably were added later by the owner. The band is not the original band, the original was leather and it broke, and I replaced it with this silk band about 10 years ago. This band is small and barely fits my 6" wrist, but you can easily replace it. I don't know how old this watch is, it could be anything between 1950-1975. It's still working fine!
