This is a beautiful steampunk hair clip featuring an assortment of authentic vintage watch faces. The centerpiece is an elegant rectangular watch face, and there are 3 pairs of complimentary watches framing it on the sides in descending size. The watch faces date from the early to mid-1900s. They've been coated with a layer of clear varnish to protect them. Some of the watches still have the original watch hands! The clip measures roughly 3 and 1/4" long by just under 1" tall. The silver French clip on the back is about 2 and 1/2" long. Please note: the photo of the BACK of the hair clip is just an example photo to show you what the clip looks like, that's not a photo of this exact hair clip. There is a danger of radium (a radioactive material) in some vintage watch parts. I want to assure you that I have tested all of my materials with a Geiger counter, and all of them are NON-radioactive and safe, so you can feel secure buying Velvet Mechanism creations.
