In addition to this, we do not accept returns on any watch that was sized, whether by Watch Grabber or by any other jeweler. Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the same method used in the purchase. When sending a watch back to us for return, please use a reliable service that is insured. Insurance and tracking is optional but highly recommended. All returns must be filed before 14 days; after that time, Watch Grabber is no longer responsible - no exceptions!
