I have this Antique open face pocket watch by Elgin,it is serial #8507860,7 Jewel,it is non working.The case is Gold Filled w/Philadelphia Watch Case Co.Guarenteed 20 years.The Watch measures about 2"diameter,second hands missing,some scratch lines on face and I could not wind it.I am selling for restoration.Please ask any questions.
